"My dog went for it right away"
My dog got into this fast and seemed to really like it. The smell was kind of strong to me, although maybe I’m just being picky about that. Either way, he definitely didn’t seem to mind.

"Treats seemed stale"
I was kind of disappointed with these. The treats felt stale right out of the bag and broke apart really easily. My dog usually gets excited for snacks, but he barely wanted these. For the price, I expected better quality. Has anyone else had the same issue?

"Helpful service, even if I was a bit annoyed at first"
I had a small problem with my order, which was frustrating, but their customer service handled it really well. They got back to me quickly, were friendly, and fixed it without turning it into some whole thing. I still wish the issue hadn’t happened in the first place, but I do appreciate how easy they made it to sort out

"Shipping was kind of a mess"
My order took way longer than I expected, and the tracking basically never updated. I kept wondering if I was just being impatient or missing something, but it really felt like there wasn’t much info along the way

"Good Chews, but a Little Inconsistent on Digestion"
My dog definitely enjoys the Redbarn chews, so no complaints there in terms of taste. That said, his stomach response has been a bit inconsistent. Some days everything was perfectly fine, and other days his poop was softer than usual. It wasn’t anything awful or concerning, just not quite as gentle on his digestion as I was hoping for.

"Pretty good deal overall"
For the price, I think it’s worth it. The prices are really good, which is what pulled me in at first. Shipping wasn’t terrible or anything, but it could definitely be a little faster. Still, I’d probably order again.

"Feel Good About What’s in Them"
I’ve been ordering from Redbarn for a while now, and the biggest reason is that the ingredient lists don’t make me nervous. I can actually recognize what’s in the treats and chews, which is a Big Deal for me, and my dog hasn’t had any weird tummy problems from them.
I still look over each item before I buy, just to be safe, but so far everything has felt simple and trustworthy. Shipping has been fine too, no Complaints there. Definitely 5 stars from me.
